Please wear fitness attire in class, no street clothes or outdoor shoes. We suggest that you wear a "shimmy belt" (traditional coin belt), or a light scarf around your hips to accentuate movements. Shimmy belts are sold at Habeeba's Dance Studio, we have a large variety of colours and styles to choose from. Please ensure that you have either dance slippers or socks to practice in, we do not allow barefeet in the studio. If you would like to purchase dance shoes (character shoes with heels or ballet flats), you can find them at the following stores:
